i told my wife i'd stop thrifting until things are more under control. but, DAMN i still really wanna go! HOWEVER, her mother volunteers at a thrift store in her hometown. one of their other volunteers tested positive. doesn't directly impact my rounds, but maybe it's an omen?

i've been conditioning a lot of shoes and jackets to keep my temptations at bay. honestly, i've mostly been finding crappola since the thrifts reopened in july anyway.
I hear ya. My wife is extremely careful, but doesn't begrudge me going out when I can. Plus, she enjoys the extra funds in the account, when it's time to pay the bills.

I have also found myself polishing a lot of shoes lately, to stay occupied. Here's a few photos of my Allen Edmonds "Sullivan Street" boots, that I did a dye-job on, to mimic Edward Green's Galways...

I also sell quite a number of Dansko shoes as fodder. They sell well, and fast, and most are made of leather, which gives me an excuse to break out the polishing kit...

Here are some pics of the loro + sulka from earlier today (sry for quality lol). They're not in perfect condition, but still worth grabbing at thrift price I imagine? Theres some goobers on the loro and some holes in the lining on the sulka.

Great finds. FYI you can click ‘Full Image’ and the photos will display better.

Any of you guys have anything like this for trade? I'm looking for a light to medium-weight jacket with a hood. Small - small medium.
