These always do well though the style seems stuck in the 80's to me. I think it's goat leather but can't find the materials tag anywhere in the jacket, pockets, nowhere. 40

And some shoes. At first I thought I'd stumbled on another pair of Alden 990 shell like my favorite pair on the right here.

But they turn out to be the better kind of corrected grain.

I see stitches on the bottom so I'm thinking they're GY and not Blake stitched, but italian shoes are often the latter.

Thanks, NextDoor. No markings or anything that I can see on this mahogany desk (any ideas furniture guys? And what, if anything, should I do cleaning/restoration wise?), but this seemed like a huge steal at $125. Exactly what I needed, too.

That looks exactly like the style of desk my father-in-law had made for him in Malaysia. We have a hope chest of the same design from him too. All solid wood everything, dovetailed carcase, looks like they were made by a skilled person with very few tools.
