My brain goes right to this whenever anyone mentions Zanellas:

Are Zanellas really that ****** if bought new, or is it just that all you find in thrift stores have piss stains on the lining?

Agreed, this was the first one I played with. I have a soft spot for "hifi" table radios.

I have a KLH Model 21, two Cambridge Soundworks model 88 (one with cd, one without) and an Arcam rCube (all thrifted).

They all blow the doors off the Tivoli. The 55 year old KLH absolutely creams it. WTF?

On a side note, the old model 88 are ******* amazing. I've plugged a Google Chromecast audio into the back of one and loaded it in the corner wall. It bumps so hard, I've had neighbors stomp their feet in protest. Lol!

Call me vati
Also, Tivoli stuff is over-rated. I dumped the one I got after the lack of bass and the high are so tinny. The speakers aren't busted but just terrible design.

The Deions above and everything below is from an estate sale this morning. Not pictured are several pair of Derek Rose PJs, Orvis Battenkill bag, more shoes, Oxxford cashmere SCs and few more things.

I'm also VERY impressed with the sound this thing produces.

My parents usually check all the estate sales and are supposed to let me know if any sales like that...they got a butt chewing this morning lol. Who knew to check a Tuesday sale??/
There was so much stuff there. A buddy of mine got a bunch of exotic belts, several pair Gucci shoes, a couple of Barbours, one of which was the Endurance Ventile, which I had never even heard of. There were probably 150+ suits and jackets, most of which were older BB, HF and Oxxford.
