As @bert9000 said, that's not the label you're after. I believe that's Chinese stuff sold at Men's Wearhouse (and Moores up here in Canada). The Baracuta that sometimes pops up here has this tag (or a variant thereof).

Yeh, even the made in England G9 types have been a poor resale for the past few years

I'm still looking to thrift that perfect Baracuta UK made harrington. I've seen several, but always stained/beat.

Bought my gray tweed Baracuta G9 when I was 16 years old. Now 13 years later it is beat to hell but still gets used every spring and autumn. Lovely piece.

Freakin’ cool pops for me. I picked up a bucket of climbing gear the other day.

Great Pacific Ironworks gear sling (GPI is the company that split off into Patagonia and Chouinard (now Black Diamond).

Chouinard stopper nuts (definitely collector’s items)

Trango nut tool (I might actually keep this one), Black Diamond ATC belay device (might be a keeper, as this is probably the newest item in the bin, and looks to be in excellent condition), Salewa Stitch plate belay device (probably 1980s vintage).

Peck Crackers (old style nuts from the UK, which seem to have similar resale value to the Chouinard pieces).

Thanks for checking. It’s quite old and from what I can make out, they made a kinda high end line in the 90s and then dropped all that and made more affordable clothing instead.
