So so so bummed about these. I found this shoe a week ago and have been back every day looking for its mate. They wouldn’t even sell it to me solo until I finally convinced them I wasn’t joking around. $1.99, and do me a favor @JohnAAG check for its mate in 6 months or so? They run a trash compactor in the back to ship off clothes they think won’t sell.

Anybody have some tips on getting smells out of barbour waxed canvas coats? I thrifted one that has a weird smell around the interior collar area (Somebody wore it that had stank hair?). Smell isn't all over as far as i can tell, just at the neck.

Scrub it with soap, hand rise then air dry.

I've used this on waxed Barbour jackets and it works great.

Not quite bragging just yet. But for people in the DC area local Marshalls stores seemed to have stocked up on a lot of good stuff (isaia, Paul Stuart, hickey, zegna...Gucci and Versace if that's your thing)

Like these two DC17 Animals? You need a backup with an 18yo elderly hairball generator.

Ah, the 'old keep two Dyson animals on hand so you can dual wield them while cleaning the house. Good move mr donator.

My local Goodwills have all lost their damned minds and would have priced those at $119 each.

WAIT!! Do NOT use soap on waxed cotton. You’ll remove the wax and you’ll never be able to fix it.

Use the spray vodka method and leave outside (not in the sun) you’ll cause sun damage.

Flippy you noob.

Here's one of my favorite "recent" finds. I found this back in April, but am still working through my backlog caused by the basement flooding we had in May. Anyway, this is a Fall 1996 Patagonia Activist Fleece pullover (Style #25832). This was Patagonia's performance fleece before the Regulator series came out two years later. It's basically a stretch Synchilla fabric. This might end up being a keeper, as it does fit pretty well. The condition is amazing for a 22 year old jacket.
