IME, Ultra Cleaners does a pretty great job repairing woolens.
Vicuna is expensive to fix correctly, if you send it out specifically ask if they have experience with the fiber
Most have never touched it - my preference is finding someone who is older...

I have someone fantastic , but you'll have a sore wallet for a while because it's a blended content...they have to pull threads in an equal ratio and it depends on the type of damage, where it's located and how stretched out the hole is -
I agree on ultra, I've sent cashmere Blazers there to great results -
