These were made in 1990-1991. The uppers are not exotic, just embossed calfskin. Like you said, though... they are the nicest Bridgetons that I have seen.Nicest pair of AE Bridgetons I've seen. But no idea on that grainy leather. Any ideas? 0089 code from inside is not helping.

It's been a summer of pleasant dribs and drabs without any really bonkers single stops or grail finds. But fall is here, and the coat and sweater racks are no longer depressingly understocked - it's only a matter of time.
