Came across this gorgeous, current Hickey Freeman navy blazer in a soft wool/silk blend. My size. Soft shoulders. Partially lined. Gorgeous.



******* motherfucker. This asshole chopped off at least two inches, totally ruining the "balance" of the coat. ******* heartbreaking. It would have been my new go-to navy blazer.

It looks normal in a picture still as sleeves are much shorter than the body. What does it measure?

I left it out of frustration. It's the angle. I tried it on. It looks very off.

Linda recently posted a ton of RLPL shirts in her store and almost no title mentions Purple Label. I'd be wary though on sizing, I'm trying to see if any would work from me but some of the measurements make no sense. I assume most of them are from the same person but things like the sleeve length vary tremendously between shirts. She has two shirts, both sized 16.5, one has a 42" chest and the other has a 50" according to the listing.

Can't trust any of Linda's measurements. I bought a loro piana coat from her, size 3xl and the listing said 46" chest. I bought it because I know I wear 3x in loro, sure enough it arrived with a 26" p2p measurement.

Annnnnd I'm returning that "Loro Piana" 100% Cashmere trench I thought I stole the other week. I think @SpooPoker was right in saying that it was a Chinese tailored piece with Loro fabric.

Seems like it's cut just below where pocket would end. Almost expect to see pocket liners peeking out from bottom.

eh I guess so. I wonder if pocket flaps can be moved or if there's some material left to let it back out? I kinda like the jacket lol and if it fit me otherwise I'd probably have gotten it but to each their own.

Can anyone explain why she has the sleeves/cuffs folded inwards on the dress shirts?

I left several Turnbull Asser bespoke suits this week, priced $350 each, kinda disappointed with how Savile Row stuff seems to do.

If I'm being pedantic Turnbull & Asser are Jermyn Street, but I know what you mean, I have a Gieves & Hawkes jacket up for sale that I'm very surprised hasn't gone yet, cheap too.
