Believe in Santa's omnipotence, my old BrooksxPeal slippers have morphed into a fungal bacteria trap

My SS nailed it with a new pair in my size and upgraded to full dandy! I will be lingering much longer on my Sunday morning driveway excursion for the paper. Included Horween Chromexcel belt and credit card caddy, sweet.

Grateful for being on Santa's good list & big shout out and Ευχαριστώ to @greekgeek

My gift to my recipient is shipping with one day service (allegedly) tomorrow - promises it will get there in time but fingers crossed.

Also the damn checkout screen closed out before I could enter my sappy, saccharine holiday letter or mark it as a gift so when you get it, ignore the receipt with the prices and dont think im cold as ice for not sending a letter with it.

Ill DM you the intended pickle pics separately.

My gift arrived just in time for Christmas! It doesn't tell me who the sender is, but a heartfelt thank you goes out to them! Great picks!

Side note, these Aomori Hiba closet wood packets smell incredible.

That was me - I think I added my SF name on the note, but maybe they ran out of room. Glad you like them, enjoy! The tea from their store is top notch too.

Omg I'm so sorry! I wasn't familiar with your handle and I thought it was someone being cagey ...as in "From....a Friend".

Thank you!

Haha no worries at all. Believe it or not, this isn't the first time that handle has caused some confusion (though I find that to be part of its charm).

That was me. (Jr. Mouse said to out myself eventually if you didn't guess.)

An old friend has an influential blog on EDC gear, everydaycommentary, and though he owns much more expensive/fancy knives (incl. CRK, Sawby, Busse), he wrote, "if I could keep only one knife for the rest of my life, it would be the BK16." Given that endorsement and that I thought it would also go well with your style and locale, I hoped it'd be a good choice.

A bit delayed but my second package is airborne.
Update: Has landed. JMR already sent me an awesome knife, and now he's added incredible cookies, candle, and pen. He basically got me all I suggested and more*!

Including feelings of inadequacy as a SS. But it's worth it. Jr. Mouse, can I get JMR again next year?
