Recently discovered this brand called Indi+Ash that I think could slot in nicely with the RRL aesthetic. It all seems unisex and small batch but the prices seem very reasonable

Study Blazer

So I pulled the trigger on the blazer and matching pants on indi+ash after speaking via email with the founder. Super nice and helpful. We'll see how it pans out and if it works but it def has a unique vibe and will be a solid set if it works.

For sure runs big, I am 6'1" 175lbs. and went with a Medium. Sleeves are a tad short for my liking, but like that long sleeves hang out a couple mm. Probably won't rock it with Ts like in the pic posted but will share another pic this weekend. The Large definitely had longer sleeves, but felt really boxy and had wayyy too much room in the torso IMO. Overall its a heavy knit that will take a while to break in, but I love it.
Do you have a more recent pic of this? I'd love to see how it's breaking in.

The Kai D aesthetic is very appealing. Subscribed to their mailing list when you first shared about them and have consistently enjoyed their lookbooks since. Lots of inspiration for textures, color pairings and silhouettes. Have yet to pull the trigger on anything because (a) the web shop is not great; (b) limited availability or small production runs (my sizes are typically out of stock); (c) no consistent measurements posted; and (d) a very customer-unfriendly return policy. All adds up to the best shopping experience probably being in-store.

For sure— I visited Kai D Utility in Brooklyn this spring and I definitely recommend stopping by if it’s ever convenient to do so.

I’ll snap a couple more this weekend. Essentially it drapes better the more it breaks down, keeps the usual arm folds/creases, and the colors are lightening slightly. Overall it’s one of my fav RRL pieces I own. Only gripe is the lined pocket material feels very week and already stretched out (thin cotton lining).
