I liked it also because I could wash it myself.

I am actually trying right now just with the pants so I will be able to provide a feedback soon :)

I suppose if it’s 100% unconstructed then maybe else you will d f up canvass, and if it’s dress chino then waist band what not, I just would not recommend (now if you purposely want some rumbled look maybe?)

Care instructions online says machine wash. I think if you cold water wash and line dry it’ll be okay. It’ll probably wrinkle like MFer though.

Does anyone have these pants? I like them overall, but just can’t get past the goofy blank patch on the rear pocket. Why?

Also, that they’re not denim and instead moleskin - what exactly is moleskin?

Thank you.

given it's brand new I assume you can remove that patch if you really want to without showing a "line", moleskin is cotton, refer to a type of finish, moleskin is tough, and I prefer the "cleaner" look vs. corduroy, it's not for hot weather though

I actually like the patch, but yeah, you should be able to remove that if you wanted and it shouldn't leave any mark. I actually like these a lot, very nice clean look and a change from black denim.

Very happy with the result.

I would say you can actually remove some wrinkle / pleat by washing it altough it will create light ones.
The fabric is maybe a bit less soft.

No noticeable shrinkage.

Oh funny. I have been watching those on Mr Porter but they are calling them Summerset Straight Leg. As a big fan of the straight leg jeans, I was excited for a color other than one washed or faded blue. I guess I'd be disappointed in the fit if they are closer to slim than straight.

Question if anybody knows,
what season did the stitching detail on pockets and concho button first start appearing on the twill Western shirts?.
I have seen on older ones they have a plastic top button and no pocket stitching.
