I could swear these are identical to the Clifton boots from a few years back. Different sole? Color of leather?

Brunel have the white rubber sole which I can only imagine is 1000x more comfortable than the ******* bricks that the Cliftons were. Never have I been beaten into submission like wearing the cliftons for a few months

Hi all -- new here -- thoughts on this shearling shirt? it's awfully pricey, and the soho and online stores only have 1-2 left.

no jacket should cost this much -- period -- and i feel like paying this much is getting ripped off.

thoughts? i am a M large.

to follow up, i did get the last large of the clayton, shown, for a slight discount -- though not the rock-bottom CC shows here (which is pretty much sold out). i am thinking the shearling and the clayton are pretty different products, with the shearling being (obviously) lined, a bit darker in color, and softer. also, i am not 100% in love with the shearling collar.

finally, your thoughts on the attached ebay anomaly. while i like the suede, the scrambled eggs are a bit too heavy, trying a bit too hard. and the shirt / jacket has been offered since last summer from this indiana seller, it appears.

a couple more of my recent kills. the indigo car coat is fabulous - love the color - extremely heavy coat - almost like armor. the herringbone pants also surprisingly good - i have tried to get my carharrts like this for years, and here it's done asap - for $145.

also, not rrl, but i got the levi's einstein last year -- just a phenomenal fit, and unlined, which makes it honestly like a second skin. yes, i could have passed on the garbage that came with it, but the jacket itself is a lifetime piece.
