Happy WTW forum pals. I dug these perfed cap toes out today. I honestly can't remembering wearing them in the past 2.5 years. Covid. No office, etc. Some pretty substantial bloom.

Some pig bristle brushing, horsehair too. Cleaned up pretty well and I think I will get them on today despite it being WTW. It has been too long.

Yeah, I totally get that, I haven't worn my Black Shell Formal shoes in quite a while either. Those are looking great (after the awesome TLC)....

Called a last-minute audible and went with something I haven’t worn in at least 5 years. Almost missed the bus as they were full of bloom. These modified Dearborns from Leffot were a 50th BD present from my family and to the best of my knowledge, are the only pair of footwear sent for a recraft where I was the original owner. Got them back a year or so before C-19 hit and just never wore them. Aram swapped the brass eyes and I darkened the edges to give them a more dressy profile (plain toe and Hampton last).

In house lighting…….

And ugly work carpet lighting……

Added bonus, there are the first pair of ONI’s I’ve found that fit the way I prefer in the ‘top block’. Happy Monday gang. Always nice when the Steelers don’t lose.

Edit - added a side profile the highlights the non-shell trunk. This is what made the boot so appealing to me…….
