Size 42, I'd say fits TTS, though if you're a 8.5 like me (maybe wider than standard), you can wear them.
Outsole measures a tad over 28 cm.
The shoes have a vibram on the sole and a heel tab in place, nailed into the rubber back-end of the heel. Shoes were once caught in a storm, used a bit of Shoe Goo to stick a bit of the leather heel cover in place again.
These are Blake stitched. The shoes are suede and partially lined in leather (everywhere but the heel) and have a leather insole. The back end of the shoe, as you can see, is covered with a thin leather layer where a small cushion sits underneath it. Any questions, please contact me.
