Just completed the document the HOA wants. Took all of five minutes and emailed that with the plan document our landscape architect designed for us.

I think we have last year's version of that TV. It's nice.
Picture is great out of the box. I thought it was going to be huge in the space but not really. Ordered the 98" X90L for the downstairs man cave -- will be interesting to compare. Sonos Arc and two wireless subs give surprisingly potent sound and everything runs off one Apple TV and remote, so even my wife can probably figure out how to use it.

Very clean install on the tv. I hate when people hang a nice tv, and then there wires visible….

Nice chair.

Please post pics of 98” in man cave once that’s installed

Was going for re-do of the Piob grotto but then decided to drop the cheddar for that courtyard. Not like we're suffering, but 98 inch? Damn (TWSS!)

I have been thinking about a sound bar. Is the Arc best bang for the buck or are the better ones? I only think about getting one when I watch a movie and can't hear what the actors are saying.

Does no one else still have several speakers? We have inwall left/right, inwall sound bar, remote sub, and in ceiling rear left/right

I have sonos arc with 2 subs and had fives for surrounds which i just upgraded to era 300s.

There is definitely better sounding stuff out there and definitely better bang for your buck. But for me, ease of use vs quality is the sweet spot, especially if you have sonos products in the rest of your home.
