edit: ^ that's actually not very fair. Ab always bulges out when one first gets out of water.

At least this is an OCD that makes one popular with the girls.

I've never met someone with a mid 300's bench or better 200+ pound overhead who didn't have pretty damn nice arms (when relatively cut obviously). I've also never met anybody who could squat 450+ without abs to hold the weight up. I'm sure you could get Craig's body if you tried as its not that impressive.

Those are better than average lifts, but I agree.

Craig looks like an average guy who lifts and has about 16-19% BF. Hardly huge.

I have been pretty good at finding what my body responds to. I can gain or lose pretty fast natuarly.

The big issue is the amount of time you are able to devote to it. Thats the only thing I don't have.

You're on crack. He's probably floating around 10-12% bf.

I don't think you know what 10% looks like.

It may be due to the lighting, but Craig has only the slightest hint of abs, considerable lower back fat and no separation in his thighs.

This pic is fairly accurate when it comes to BF:

^imo, 12% is both maintainable and ideal aesthetically. have gotten to 8% or so and wife prefers me a little beefier. was tested underwater a few weeks ago and i'm at @ 13% and weight 239 right now.

I just watched Casino Royale recently and it's more accurate than that photo. You're right about the abs, however, I've noticed a world of a difference between 10% and 12 or 13% in ab definition in myself personally. But still, you don't really get the ripped 6-pack look until you go below 10%, but that also depends on how developed the ab muscles are. A protruding abdomen is not necessarily a reflection of bodyfat levels. It could be from having a full stomach, weaker internal muscles that have become used to relaxing as they do as men age, or water.

To my eyes he looks closer to the one on the far right, looking at the arms and shoulders. He sure as hell isn't like the one in the middle.

His gut is not protruding, it's just covered in fat. Lower belly and lower back, which you see in his love handles. Compare the lower back of the 16% pic and Craig. At 15% I can still show the upper abs.

However, what I base my estimate on is the lack of definition in his legs. He looks fine, but he's fatter than you think. Again, look at the lack of definition in the 16 % leg and Craig.

I won't get into this argument. You just have no clue what you're talking about.

Craig was leaner than 16% in Casino Royale (speaking as somebody who knows what competition %'s look like).
