Those are fantastic. Since the shaft is unlined, is the heal stiffener behind the black piece of leather on the seam?

Thank you!
As Nicholas states, there is lining in the back (you see both the stitching and on the picture from the top and inside you see the racing green lining) to hold the stiffener. Also the facings where eyelets are reinforced are lined.

These are fantastic. Congratulations.

Thank you very much!

Hello,
Has anyone got any experience with shark skin shoes? I've seen a photo of a loafer by Roberto Ugolini which looks very good but would like to get some thoughts on shark skin as a material and look.
Many thanks.

Yes - I have one pair of MTO Bestetti mavericks, Novecento line on the Almond last. Best-looking adelaides I've seen thus far, and I love the last shape. Fit was 95% spot on out of the box, but we're tweaking the heel width and instep for an even better fit in the next order. I have one Perfetta already on order with the tweaked last, and will almost certainly get another Almond - the shapes on his shoes are just incredible. Pure sex.

Nice shoes indeed but very very poor fit. The last is too wide for you in the mid section. Too much volume in the instep and vamp. Lacing is entirely closed shut and with unsightly creases all over the vamp. Frankly for an MTO, this is not good enough.

I may have similar foot to yours. Flat feet with thin heels, low instep and overall low volume long feet. Hard to find Oxfords that fit. Bluchers and Boots are more forgiving

Apologies, but this has to be the silliest comment I've ever seen.
How are you able to consider the fit from a picture with a crease?
That instep looks perfect for me.
@grc1 may or may not have a low volume foot, but you can't assess that from that one photograph.

@grc1, they look great
