Broke out the OG Normandy boots today. They're pretty much the perfect boot. You know, except for the soles not having any kind of lug or grip, except on the heel. Oh, and no speed hooks. Almost forgot that they're unlined, too.

OK, maybe not "perfect." But, they're fine to wear during the collar seasons.

I want to buy pair of the discontinued Allen Edmonds Walker Chelsea Boots but I can't find any information through google or in these forums on the sizing.

Does anybody have an idea what last was used to construct the boot or any idea on the sizing?

I am normally a size 11 in Vans or Nikes, or 10.5 in the Alden Indy boot.

Don't have any sizing info to share, but the Neo1 fit guide states 1757 last. This is confirmed by a few online auction listings that I just found via Google search. Hope that helps.

Went with the brown Bartlett for today. So many miles on this pair yet it's not even close to ready for resole. I finally put some black dressing on the edges, as acrylic paint is no substitute for edge dressing.

Finally leaving the office! This shade of Burgundy Shell is probably my favorite of all my shoes. The panels aren't uniform (which I like) and they continue to get brighter the more I wear them.
