I contacted customer service & they are sending me another one. I'll post the results when I get it.

This was the first TS item I've ordered. I really like the fit, so hopefully I got a good one and not an oddball... otherwise I want to buy all of your 'defective' shirts :)

I will say I can't quite button the bottom button. I've got large hips so this is a problem on a lot of clothing I own, but maybe that means the shirt is overly long. Perfect amount of room in the chest, just a touch more than my Gustin size Classic/Medium shirts, which the fit guide said their would be.

Good price on the natural indigo stuff. I've been looking for something like that!

Awesome new release. I have been begging Mike from TS to drop some denim and this was an instakop for me! I love the lighter shade of indigo. I'm going to have these on constantly and enjoy that wear in. I am still working on a few pairs of raws that remain super dark so this shade of blue is a welcomed addition. They will look especially nice for the daytime I think. No experience with natural plant dye jeans but how can it not be sweet.

Thanks @mikegnthensome for the updates and making it happen.

@Medoc pleasure was all mine my man. I'm a man who keeps his word (or do my best too since I said these were coming out on Sunday ;)

It's a really amazing fabric & we were stoked to put in an order & join in on the celebrate of Cone's 110 year anniversary. This was the first time in over 100 years that they used ACTUAL plant dyed indigo.

The plant dyed indigo leads to a richer blue color than you'll find in most selvage jeans. It also fades easier and lighter, as the natural indigo chips off easier than synthetic indigo dyed denim will.

Wear 'em well.

Anyone have any updated pictures of well-worn Long Haul jackets in Yoshiwa Mills black denim? Wanna see what mines will look like!

Really dig the new Sailor Twitch drops so far, but a bit disappointed in the timing. Last year Sun Up Sun Down was scheduled around the same window and ended up being delivered mid-July IIRC. It would be nice to have this stuff delivered before 4th of July weekend when a lot of people hit the beach.

Have to agree. I wore the hell out of my SUSD trunks last year and was aiming to add another pair this year, but the July delivery window shortens the potential use time of them.

On a sizing note, can anyone from TS clarify what a L in the SUSD trunks last year would translate to these?

@gotribe Last year's mess up was on the patch on the Swim Trunk (that nice li' Sun Up/Sun Down red/yellow sun). This year, REST ASSURED, we are not letting that mistake happen again.

You'll have these new bad boys by the time water temps rise above 60. While I don't have a crystal ball, you have my word and please don't think last year's delay will be a recurring theme with our trunks.

Pinky promise.

And on the sizing advice? A large in last year's translates to what this year!

@eljlakers so I wasn't here last year when the Sun Up released but I can say this year's were based on your waist size. So, whatever your regular TS pant size is a good way to pick em this year.

A L last year was 34-35 waist. So if it felt a bit snug, go with a 36 but you're probably best goin' with a 34 size.

This is my rain jacket these days. Forgot the name of this but it's waxed canvas. Like everything else TS, fits me like a glove.

Are the shirt armholes as high as Gustin or a bit lower?

Also I'm a bit confused that the democratic fit jeans have a lower rise than the slim fit? I thought it was usually the reverse.

I don't have an answer but I noticed the jeans have a much lower rise than the Gustin standard fit, despite being a little more generous in the thigh. Not sure how they will fit!
