Attached is a picture with measurements of the interior fabric in the hem - there's about 2.25" of fabric - but I am not a tailor and do not know the exact amount of allowance that leaves.

I did have a tailor once take out the same interior fabric from a separate suit (it was used it to repair a hole in the jacket) and they used a same color fabric for the trousers to replace it.
