@Beedub did you size down on workaday flannel? Looks really good! I just received my workaday denim utility shirt (in my true size) and it fits so terrible.

Thanks @maregmareg I went true to size (L) in the Workaday flannel, it’s pretty big and so at first I wasn’t sure but I’ve grown to love how it fits. It’s perfect as an overshirt and I’m really starting to prefer how Workaday fits over regular EG.

I'm a huge fan of Workaday fatigues, basically the navy and olive ones are integral parts of my body and I don't wear other pants (maybe except Needles track pants on weekends) but this Workaday shirt was a huge disappointment. Hoped for a fit like on your pic but front seems more massive and back is SO LONG I couldn't believe what I actually see. I only wear loose fitting stuff but this was way too much, maybe the sizing varies a bit from fabric to fabric?

Possibly? This is the first Workaday shirt I’ve owned so I couldn’t say if the fit varies between fabrics/ seasons. I did wash and tumble dry the flannel, which could have shrunk it a little and the fabric is also thick and heavy, which will also have an impact on how it fits verses a denim version of the same shirt.
