EG x Vans fits 1 size bigger than normal Vans, ime.

I wear a 9 in Vans slip-ons, had to size down to 8 for EG x Vans.

I wear a 9 in Vans slip-ons, had to size down to 8 for EG x Vans.

I went 1/2 size down.

My size 9.5 EG x Vans are the exact same length as my size 10 Authentics, and slightly wider. If you go down a full size for a narrower fit, you may run into length issues.

+1. Sizing down a half size was just right for the slip ons IME. A little wider than my normal Vans size but a whole size would be too short.

I got my running shoe size (10.5 Asics) and they're TTS, maybe a bit narrow. Not as wide as NB in the toe box. I'm a 10 in Vans, 9.5 in the EG slips. I've had mine maybe a month and think they're amazing.
