I dunno what the heck you guys are smoking. That NC **** is seriously unflattering in every way on the model and the fit looks like a Goodwill XXL leather (in before "that's how it's supposed to fit" or "not everything has to be tight").

The Nikes on the other hand, are dope as ****.

i don't generally like the vintage treatment, but it's not bad on those lavas. i think they would actually look worse with a pure white midsole.
