Shoes Repair by Mail?

I just landed in a new city, so rather then take a risk with an unfamiliar local cobbler, I thought I could ship the shoes for repair. I'm looking for sole repair and general restoration. An internet search found NuShoe, Resole America, and Bespoke Shoe Care (South Pasadena, California).

Do you have experience with them or any other reliable vendor?

Thanks for the response! I looked into the reviews. The early ones, circa 2010, are all good. But the more recent ones, are mixed (here). Yelp users rate B Nelson at three stars, which fits with the recent mixed responses I read elsewhere. The complaints -- lost shoes, long turnaround, shoddy work -- could be the result of work overload. Maybe B Nelson is suffering due to their own success?

Not sure but you're right, the recent reviews sure aren't great.
