A new dilemma. My Jason Amesbury bespoke shoes need new soles but as far as I can tell Jason is long out of business.

Any other recommendations for cobblers with good experience reworking bespoke pairs?

Would a recrafting service like Kirby Allison's be able to do a bespoke resole?

Any ideas are appreciated.

It's essentially the same process as repairing a Goodyear welted shoe. Any reputable repair shop is capable of doing a nice job.

That's good to know. My only concern is if there would be an issue with the skinny waist. My bet is that not everyone has experience with that.

I sent an email to Kirby Allison asking about his sovereign repair service.

I am not sure how much you would like to spend. If you would like a Bespoke shoemaker to provide you the same build quality craftsmanship, Perry Ercolino can bring them up to life. He is a Bespoke shoemaker so you can rest easy knowing you are receiving first class service.

Marcell Mrsan over at Savannah Cordwainers might do repairs. I would email him.

Other than that, if you just want someone to resole them, as @Nick V. mentioned, a nearby local GYW repair man could assist.
