Thanks LHS,
first of all because I like structured leather, the choice was grain, russian calf and shrunken, I choosed the latter.
second it's very resistant and I'm planning to use these as a bad weather beaters, rubber sole is an evidence.

PS: it also looks very similar to my bag

X-post from the SC thread, enjoy gents.

Saint Crispin's 403S special make-up on the classic last, shrunken crust leather, color 606, 14mm outdoor sole.

Size 9,5F - compared to my UK9,5E in C&J 337, 341, EG 202 and many others. Vass 43,5 in А and P2.

Many thanks to Denis from the Made-to-Order, Paris.

Thanks for the detailed pics....awesome stuff.

Lovely boots. Just a pedantic suggestion. The rolled laces need to be thicker/chunkier = proportion wise.

Thanks.
I replaced them with the felt laces, got a feeling that leather laces are useless when you need to close the tabs.

How far into your shoes do your feet go; or how far into the toe cap do your feet go? A picture from someone's shoe archive with a quick line drawn on MS paint would be fantastic!
When I see some of the aggressive lasts one shoes I think how? But having short wide feet with tiny heels means I can't wear many beautiful shoes....

Thank you for putting my mind at somewhat ease... My first 3-4 toes reach the toe box!
