1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Deets added, all of this in less than a year. My tie collection has undergone a similar transformation.

    Thanks Gents :embar

We are expecting a fair number of bloggers so there should be good pics on SF, Tumblr, Pinterest, etc. of many of your SF buddies

I like that look as well when brand new, but with a simple cap toe to disguises the creases. Without a cap, I just see a long shoe and all of the folds.

HA! i feel the same way. its so unfair. the shoe looks so sleek and sexy when new, but a few wears on a shoe with nary a cap, wing, or medallion, and it quickly looses that original look.

i still want a pair tho. :embar:

    Quiet here lately.

1920's Deadstock Riding Boots by Allan McAfee. They belong to a top Vintage Collector. Insane, I think.
