I think I can go. I don't work that day and I don't like dressing up in a suit or anything when I'm not working, but I'll be nice and wear a suit sans tie if I do go

Good times at your store today Reto.

Thank you for coming despite the ghastly weather. It was nice meeting you.

Wedding in Korea in the evening? That's highly unusual as far as my experience goes. Usually weddings here are a matter of 2-3 hours with plenty of time left in the day.

Yeah, most Korean weddings I've been to are 20 mins of getting ready, then 20 mins with another 30 for the buffet before they run you out. The next group is in before the smoke from the smoke machine has cleared from the first.

Then again, he may be counting in 2차.

Ok, we're all set. There's a reservation at Praha in Itaewon under the name "styleforum" from 8pm on.

From Subway station exit no 2 its about 100m on the left side. You can find a map here:

A certain someone made plans for tonight without telling me because she's leaving on a trip soon. Not sure if I can make it and I hate to say that on short notice

I'll see if I can at least stop by for an hour.

That's quite a frequent occurance here Korea: plans being made without prior discussion and then their short-term announcement :) Hope you can still make it for a bit.

Hi sf Seoul residents

I hope you've all been enjoying the Chuseok holidays and were able to avoid traffic as much as possible.

It's been much too long but work kept me from writing here but I think it would be nice to get going with the organisation of a second meetup:

Friday, 14 October 2011, 8pm somewhere in Shinsa (신사).

Hopefully giving everybody a month to mark the calendar will make it possible for most of you to come :)

See you soon.
