During a recent walk on Market Street I noticed signage that indicated Hickey Freeman will be opening up shop. The location is the Four Seasons, near the St. John's store. We'll have some great new stores soon, Barney's later this year and now HF.

saw that too. i am interested to see how good of quality they stock. According to the sales guy (Adam) at Burberry, Hickey Freeman actually does the sew work for their line, they just supply the fabric and designs.

San Francisco has an awful selection of formal accessories. All of the shirts are either garish or just cheap looking despite their $500 tags; I can't find a white pique vest except at shoddy rental places.

I wonder what the Barneys will be like.
