You fine gentlemen appear to be confusing actual waist suppression with the perception of waist suppression imparted by a built up shoulder. Compare the shoulders on the RLBL models with the RLPL ones. No comment re: the short length - not a fan either. It's good that the RLPL and PRL stuff are keeping lengths 'normal', even if barely so.

You have a point. I'll have to see how the jackets fit IRL.

No, I'm fairly certain that is a built up shoulder AND waist suppression all in one. Which is too cartoony. My 2007 RLBL Anthonys are as extreme as I want to get.
