I do not believe you will be able to provide and precident for the statement that the super skinny suit sillouette has indeed endured decades of respect. Rather it is merely a fashion look that has come and gone and is now back again. There is quite a difference between looking back into the past and pulling out a singular example of a particular point in time and labeling a classic simply because it existed once before.
My point is EXACTLY that the super skinny suit with 2' cuffs and derby work boots is as ridiculous as bell bottoms and platform shoes. In that it is a particular combination that has not been previously done and is an extreme from the mean. Only the mean is classic.
BTW, I don't recall having asked for your help, although thank you for your kind offer.
The point you're making now bears no relation to your claim that the skinny suit in question " will be one of those extreme looks that we look back upon with laughter in years to come." In fact, your photo and video have proven rather the opposite -- that the suit silhouette in question has endured in style decades later while other, far more dubious styles have come and gone.
Unless you think the skinny suit and the bell-bottoms are equally ridiculous, in which case we probably can't help you.
