Slightly off topic, but I have a huge jar of change I need to cash, and I've heard some banks don't take them (Chase specifically). I don't want to get on a subway with 45 pounds of quarters unless I know who will count it. Anybody?

I don't know about NY, but here in LA it's pretty easy to find a supermarket or CVS with a Coinstar machine. If you're willing to take a gift card for Amazon or one of the other participating retailers, or credit spendable in the store where the machine is located, there's no fee. www.coinstar.com/
