Any suggestions for sources of info on buying co-ops and condos in NYC? I need to start researching the different factors -- financing options, tax deductability of monthly maintenance fees, real estate taxes, co-op board reviews, etc.

Don't forget to budget at least $30,000, probably more, for closing costs on a Manhattan co-op or condo. Bank mortgage rates are usually higher for co-op than for condo.

I work as a real estate agent in Cincinnati, and my company has a great relocation program. If you need any help finding an agent to aid in your search just message me.
