    I had wings at Hooters today.

    Next week I'm getting a oversize tub / whirlpool put in my extra bathroom. I can't wait, going to do amazing things for my recovery.

    I ate pretty okay this weekend all said and done, but I also rode my bike around a bit so that's good I suppose.

    I have to admit it. I have a sweet tooth. I really hate it, but I have it, but I almost always regret it afterwards if the dessert sucks. I think good go to's are crunch ice cream bars (like 150 cals each) or mochi with ice cream in it (has some protein in it too). I might start putting these in my freezer so I can reach for one when in the mood. I also rarely drink during the workweek, aside from maybe a tiny bit of scotch on the rocks before bed a couple of nights.

    It all evens out I guess.

    I cooked tonight though! Should have lunch for the next 2-3 days. I might start doing this over weekends to save some money so I can start getting my life together.

    I sent in my first round of apps to medical school on saturday. Shit is fucking expensive. And I applied to 30 schools. It's going to be a penny pinching fall...

    I got topless at a rave on saturday and got with some girl from boston who when I suggested we go back to hers asked if I could love her and started telling me how unhappy she was going to school at SOAS, sloot logic. This is clearly the only reason to tren hard, to be the most aesthetic guy at raves and pull mdma sluts. Also squatted 130kgx18 beltless then 170kgx5 with a belt pretty easily.


    The meet im thinking of doing in September requires knee wraps, how to learn to use knee wraps properly and what are the sickest ones out there. I'd like to squat like 450 or something.

    Oh yeah all 4 squat racks in my gym were taken up by guys low bar squatting today. I've been seeing more and more SS/Stronglifts, powerlifting, and oly stuff lately. Though people are belting up at super low weights, 135-185.

    Damn I just want to get to 3 plates and not get so fat I can't fit in my clothes. That's the short term goal.
