Now I understand why Koreans are gaga for pepper paste.
Came home super tired, threw a bunch of random **** in a stew pot and boiled it, then threw it over rice. Whole thing was depressingly bland-looking, but I threw a little leftover container of pepper paste over the top and now it's the best meal I've ever had.
