I haven’t seen the custom configuration page on their website in at least a year. At one point I emailed CS asking about a custom order and they did reply that it was possible and they could take the order via email but I did not proceed.

If width size is your only deviation from stock specifications I imagine Rancourt would produce the shoe for you at a $50 upcharge.

Has anyone made a trip to Lewiston, ME to see if there is a retail or factory store there? I am always leery of ordering shoes without trying them and walking around a bit first.

I've not made a visit to Lewiston but Rancourt is good about providing a free return shipping label and executing exchanges for a different size/width.

I have. They used to have a store front in Portland ME, with a small collection. That has closed a few years back. I have also been up to the Lewiston location at the factory. They have some stock, but honestly not much. I ended up being able to try a pair of their try on loafers, which you can do through the mail, and ordering a pair for delivery. Unless you are local, I don't think the trip is worth it.

Just wanted to share that I received my most recent Rancourt pre-order from March last week. Everything was on time (if not a little early!), in the right size and no defects. In short, a smooth experience and I'm really happy with my new Harrison boots. Just wish it was fall already.

Received my pre-order too. Gilman camp-moc. Nearly a month early!

Is there any meaning to the color of the insole? Mine is dark brown with their standard logo. Every photo I've seen has a light brown / tan insole mostly with the enlarged "&" logo.

When did you place your order?
January 25th I ordered a pair of black Gilman camp moc and have not received it.

Are the midsoles on this pair natural (or light) colored? If so, would you mind posting some pics?

I have a pair of beefrolls from Rancourt in the same leather with dark midsoles and am contemplating resoling with natural midsoles and LH soles, but I was afraid it would look odd.

Anything would be appreciated. TIA!

Apologies for not responding. I never got a notice that you asked me something. These have those LH soles. I would call the color "gummy brown". See profile pix:

January 25th I ordered a pair of black Gilman camp moc and have not received it.

Mid Feb I ordered mine. But it’s in brown. Perhaps it depends on color. Or they are an overstocked pair.
