He's naked, no Pocket Square. Would you walk out of the house without your tie/shoes? Everything else seems very well put together, could use some neck tie refinement.

Instead of having the two collar points converge at the top, he seems to have a rather conspicuous, unsightly amount of space between them.

Yeah both the jacket and the shirt collar look too tight. He doesn't look very comfortable. And I see what you're saying Vaclav, that does look like a little monkee on a bike!
