what do you guys think of the tofu sofritos alternative? i was a little underwhelmed i wanted to experience the satisfying mouth feel of barbacoa so maybe im being unfair comparing tofu to meat. good flavor i thought, a little heavy handed with the cumino, but overall i think *****s will enjoy it

the brown rice is a nice touch too. what you do is you get a little brown rice, and then split the beans. The brown rice is a nice textural component and also mops up all the meat and bean juice. i think i might have some pizza for dinner tonight

i only regret it when i walk away feeling hungry or unsatisfied because i cant get back inline its now too long because i left work a little early to beat the rush didnt have breakfast now i have to settle for doritos and a snickers from the lunchroom vending machine before 2pm conference call the rest of the day im left feeling empty
