I just ordered something from End two days ago and they just shipped my order today, so everything seems fine to me. I also contacted the customer service prior to ordering and they responded within a day.

That said, their site does seem to be slow sometimes. On the final stage of my checkout, the site timed out, but my order did go through successfully (received an order confirmation email immediately).

Apparently they were having issues with the website whole of this week. Finally got my order to go through yesterday after repeated calls from CS and emails. Order price was SGD40 more than on Monday when I had the items in cart but CS promised to sort me out. We'll see.
