I have a pair of Bath in Sigaro Dip Dye Hurricane in Size UK 9.5, US 10.5 that I wish to sell. They do need resoling. Not sure whether to sell as is or get them resoled first? Anyway if anyone is interested please PM me.

these Fremonts look like something this forum would be into

black Rae looks good, now if only they'd do one in the dark red leather of the Cage/Rollins/Henry but no one's sized the Rae have they? After the sizing oddness of the Bihar boot I'd be wary of going sight unseen on the Rae

Handled the current Ricards, they're using a different brown leather (it says dip dyed but it had none of the color imperfections of my Sigaros and was quite a bit lighter, more of a dark tan than a true brown)

I looked at the Freemonts today and I think they are preferable to the the Rae boots, the leather on the Rae is quite stiff.

Where did you find them? I want to pick up a brown pair, but before I order them online I'd like to compare them side by side with my original pair in black.

Well Timurs and Yorks don't fit the same. I think Ricards fit like the Yorks though, iirc (Zippy will chime in and confirm/deny)

I wear UK10 in Ricards and UK9.5 in Timur/York.
Timurs are narrower than Yorks though.

You forgot to mention that they're on a dainite sole now too.

How noticable is the "red ear" logo on the Yorks in real life? I think the Sigaro wash is absolutely beautiful, but in the pictures at least, the logo is

i have the suede and it's pretty unnoticeable. Especially since it's at the back of the shoe, they're pretty much always covered by my jeans, unless i was to tuck which would be dumb.

Of course I'm not going to tuck into ankle boots, but it seems that part of the boot would be exposed if you wear jeans with a small hem, which is why I'm concerned about it...
