Ercole's wife told me that using the very cheapest fabric (I don't know what qualifes) would be $175 but that most people spend a lot more.

Its $150 for CMT, so I imagine Silverline and the like start at $225-$250

Just got back from seeing Frank. Changed some deets on the shirt, more tie space, wider and longer points, tighter cuffs and **** me, placed two more suit orders. On the positive side he told me that I lost weight.

What weights and type of cloth?

The midnight one is an 8/9oz Minnis Fresco and the lighter one is a Scabal 8oz open weave of some sort. Here is a shot of the Scabal:
