Tough to say for sure, FAM pricing really runs the gamut. Here are FAM dm's retailing for $695 (obviously not the same shoe).

Not saying the shoes you linked to aren't a great deal, just tough to assume they are $900 shoes. They very well may be, but also possible they were a few hundred less.

For those in the Richmond, VA area: Beecroft and Bull is having a winter clearance sale for a few more days (started on 2/14).

I was able to score some Isaia shirts ($135 from $450), and a Samuelsohn suit for 80% off.

There were a decent amount of ties, dress and sport shirts, pants, etc as of yesterday afternoon.

It depends on quality of cloth, construction and location of manufacturing. $80 seems cheap for a made in Japan shirt.

During the corporate sale at BB, I can get 3 shirts for around $56 shipped each (Shoprunner). Compare that to 2 shirts for $79 each shipped (free delivery over $138). At BB, you also have the choice of non-iron vs must-iron.

For around $80, I'd go to Izzy in NYC and get some decent MTM shirts. Since you save money from having to tailor your shirts, you can upgrade to around $100 fabric.

Just my two cents.
