Anyone else lose superstar status in the last couple of days? Always seems to be a curious black-box formula of some sort. I spent way more, in more orders, with fewer returns, last year than during the previous year when I earned it. Perhaps others had even more-improved metrics, or they raised the bar to cut the number awarded, who knows. Just curious.

They seem to keep it purposefully vague, this is what customer service said: "The SuperStar program features a number of privileges that yoox.com offers to its most loyal customers and has a renewable validity of 12 months. SuperStar status depends on a combination of various factors: number of orders, total amount spent, number of returned items... "

Just wanted to share a method that allows US customers to return for refund without losing $7.6 return shipping or having to opt for moneyoox.

To be eligible you need to check out using PayPal and activate "return shipping on us" service from your PayPal account. It'll cover 12 return shipping charges during a calendar year. The procedure seems straight forward. I've always been returning for moneyoox but will definitely try this next time.

I did, no notification, I just noticed that my Dreambox suddenly had a limit of 50 items. Really poor customer service by Yoox, they also didn't offer any explanation when I called to ask what had happened.

I lost it yesterday after a 3 year non stop run...In the past year I ordered 27 times for a total of EUR 7'204.50 and one exchange.

I'll certainly miss the almost continuous free shipping.
