For once, the mention wasn't clearly negative. Yes, the professional to go for that sort of help would be an image consultant. In person? If there's anybody affordable who is good with men - probably not. "Running back" is an interesting description, though it's still too vague to make many suggestions. Two-button tailored jackets with natural shoulders and pants without cuffs probably are best. Showing a professional what you look like is the way to go for a slew of suggestions.
