Anyone order fabric number p148 (Blue and White Stripes - on sale now), if so how do you like the fabric? Is the blue very bright?

Thanks!

Guys, thought you might want to know I asked modertailoremma for an August voucher and she happily got us one. Use sfmtaugust20 as your code to receive $20 off your next order

Sorry for the dumb question, but I was looking at X202, one of the current sale fabrics. It says Thread Count: 200s. That's so much higher than the others I just wondered if there would be anything problematic or unusual about it that I might not realize. Thanks.

Does Modern Tailor match the patterns on the shoulders & sleeve cuffs of the shirts they make? Any experience with their suits ?

Yes, they do match the patterns. I recently received two striped shirts, and I was a little concerned about that until the shirts arrived. They did a superb job matching the patterns up at the seams.

Anyone have any fabric recommendations for a solid white shirt?

Also, Chips had mentioned the tendency for the collar tips to curl on one of his shirts - can anyone else comment on this for any other fabrics? It's one of my pet peeves.

Thanks-just put in an order after having measured my favorite shirt. Will try with basic fabric before moving to the higher thread count stuff

Some of my shirts did this when they were new, but after a wash or two they now lay flat and the tips don't curl any longer.

I've experienced this on 2 of the 3 shirts I've had from them. And I agree, it's one my pet hates also. They were both 2-ply 80 shirts with a large cut-away collar. Will be trying the wide spread collars for my next orders, but not sure whether that'll be any different. It's frustrating and would definitely put me off buying more if they're always like that. They've been washed numerous times, with no improvement.
