If stress is causing this fatigue, ******** or jerk it. Preferably jerk it. Less tiring. Works for me sometimes.

I take an Adderall every day. 10MG controlled release. It works great but you don't want to mess with it if you don't have to. I have trouble getting by without it now.

Try the Vitamin Water energy- it's the yellow one. B vitamins and some caffeine, less harsh than pills or Red Bull, more gradual than the 5 hour shots. Just sip it.

Tyrosine was recommended to me by a psychologist for alertness, and it seems to help, particularly with being awake right out of bed. Staying hydrated, B complexes, and yerba mate are all things that also work for me. I find that the combination of meditation, deep breathing, and stretching offered by yoga is great for feeling reenergized. I have a couple favorite poses I run through if I'm starting to feel tired.

Research Rhodiola Rosea, and the Piracetam family for 2 different approaches. If you decide on one or the other, be sure to look up purity and manufacturer.

If you are going to take Piracetam, be sure to get a good source of choline. Or else you'll be dealing with some nasty migraines.

Fap fap fap fap fap fap fap fap.

Or some other legit way of sexual release. Unless, of course, the deed makes you somehow feel guilty, then that just clogs the mind with even more unnecessary garbage.

caffeine at latest 6 hours before you sleep and you'll be able to sleep fine.

also what works best is 9 hours of sleep everyday and a 20 minute after lunch nap. you'll be awake and alert all day
