I’m an Episcopal priest, so it’s handy. I loved the Loden one but it was too expensive. I agree with you on the L/W measuresI liked that one too, but couldn't see a need for a black hat. Unfortunately, the loden green ones went for more than I expected. Oh well.
I wanted to say, though, that I like the change in hat measurements to width and length rather than circumference. The circumference is probably technically more correct, but I never trusted those numbers as it seems impossible to hold a tape measure around the inside of a hat.
Spoo, you’re a trendsetter. Browsing eBay just now, I see one seller has apparently copied your feedback style, and another has tried to lift your photo format whole cloth (complete with your product arrangement style and even a mannequin with the same blue tie!). Damn.
Anyway, on a positive note, someone grab this SS19 Engineered Garments jacket. I have it and it’s great and you should have it too:

I wonder how many people have tried that through the years and failed to turn a profit. The number of items that sell significantly below market value is minimal and if you're relisting at or above market value, your turnover is going to be too low to be worthwhile. That guy buys from Spoo and relists at several hundred $ markups too.
