It all comes down to the shape of your foot and which lastmaker taking your measurements. Like anything else in this world, the outcome will depend on the fitter you meet and the communication between you two. Sometimes the person who took your measurements makes your last, but often he doesn´t. The shape of your foot is the most important, it might just not fit the cultural style of the fitter. This craft is not a specific science, but artistic work. Try them both! Good luck!

^ I looked at your website and the shoes look good. I am still trying to accept the fact that English shoemakers contract different parts of shoe-making out. Not what I expect out of Lobb St. James.
