Light-to-medium grey goes with almost anything.
I'd like to see more contrast in this outfit. The browns are too close to each other and do not contrast enough against the grey. Also, everything is matte and of a similar texture. I think calfskin shoes and an alligator belt would spruce things up.
Just how light a grey are we talking about.
A light grey, fine-wool, non-tweedy jacket in a business environment is pleasant but is the antithesis of the "power" look. Works well if you're running a villa in Sardinia, less well in the board room, where dark colors rule for a reason.
The "power" look? I thought that term went out with the dinosaur craze.
