A friend had a pair of these sunglasses, Christian Dior I think they were. RED would stand out quite vibrantly wearing them, and everything would sort of have a warm 'orange-esque' tint. But the lenses weren't colored, just average looking shades. These are the second pair of sunglasses I've seen that do this, and I want a pair of my own, but I can't find any over the net described as such.
Maybe just a variation of blue-blockers?

anybody know where I could buy sunglasses like this?

Blue blockers may be correct. I had a pair of Oakleys that did that.

I believe to block the blue wavelength, they have to be red or orange lenses. They block less blue if they're amber or brown.

I see.
Cause these were pretty much just dark grey.
Though I don't recall seeing less blue, there was deffinately alot more color from the opposite of the color spectrum.
Could have just been a random line unique to the brand.
But I'll continue my search. Thanks
